Sharon Lynn Williams Holtrop

Sharon Lynn Williams Holtrop, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at the age of 68. She was a native of Clinton and resident of Greenwell Springs, LA. Sharon was a devoted homemaker who loved spending time with her family, she enjoyed reading, gardening, NASCAR, and LSU football. Sharon is survived by her daughters Christina Holtrop, Christy Patin and husband Chad Patin, Amy Holtrop and best friend Robin Fox, and Shelley Richardson and husband John Rulevich; Grandchildren Haven Richardson, Chad A, Patin, Riley Patin and Michael Holtrop; and numerous nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Ira John Holtrop; parents Virgil and Ida Belle Williams; siblings Susan Babin, Shirley Marson, Irie Williams, and Mickey Williams.

A visitation for Sharon will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rabenhorst Funeral Home & Crematory East, 11000 Florida Boulevard, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
