Sandra Maribel Moore, a native of Tegucigalpa, Honduras and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away at her home on February 7, 2021 at the age of 52. She loved to shop and spend time with all of her family. Her smile illuminated every space. First and foremost, she enjoyed being with her family. Sandra’s life may seem short to many, but those who were touched by her understand the quality of existence far exceeds the quality of time one lives. She lived free-spirited, loved wholeheartedly, was loved tremendously and never met a stranger which she taught to all of her children. Sandra’s proudest moments included when she became a grandmother to Luke, Isaiah, and Maddie, who she loved very much. Sandra was a one of a kind woman who will never be forgotten. She will be tremendously missed by families and friends forever. She is survived by her children, Claudia Rodriguez of Baton Rouge, Michael Moore and girlfriend Sarah Lacombe of Plaquemine, LA, Lisa Rodriguez and boyfriend Wally Robinson of Baton Rouge, Sandra Moore and boyfriend Derrek Mart of Sulphur, LA, and Anthony Moore of Baton Rouge; grandchildren, Luke Keogh of Baton Rouge, Isaiah Rodriguez of Plaquemine, Maddison Mart of Sulphur; sisters, Gladys Roshto (Tom), Cleotilde Rodriguez, Elsa Collins (Roland), and Rosa Macias all of New Orleans, LA. She has many nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces, all of whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marina Flores Rodriguez; and sisters, Dalila Ortega and Lilian Bishop. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 20th at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 11000 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, from 1:00 p.m. until a Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to Goodwill.
