Rosalie Agosta Collins

"A native White Castle, LA and resident of Plaquemine, Rosalie passed away on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the age of 103. She met her husband William T. Collins while working for an aircraft company in California during WWII, eventually returning to Baton Rouge. Rosalie had a green thumb throughout her life and loved to garden often sharing her vegetables and plants with family.  She was a proud aunt to her nieces and nephews and is greatly loved and will be dearly missed. Rosalie is survived by her nieces Marie A. Braxdale, Patsy Agosta, Tonya Panepinto; and nephew Mauri A. Agosta; and numerous great- nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her husband William T. Collins; parents, Mary and Jake Agosta; step-mother, Sarafina D'Agostino Agosta; her brothers, Anthony J. Agosta, and Vincent "Dooloo" A. Agosta; and nephew, Milo J. Agosta. Visitation will be on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East (11000 Florida Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70815) from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.  Burial will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
