With a humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of (Joe) Roosevelt Robinson, Sr., on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. During his lifetime, Roosevelt (Joe), our dearly loved father, was a son, a husband, a grandfather, a brother, an uncle, and a magnificent friend.
A Memorial Celebration in honor of Dad’s life will take place on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Green Oaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Boulevard, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70815. We respectfully invite family and friends to attend a public viewing beginning at 10:00 am. The Service will start at 11:00 am, followed by a graveside service and a reception.
Thank you all for the love, friendship, and support you have shown Dad during his lifetime. We will significantly miss his presence on earth.
