Ronald Willis

A resident of Gonzales, he passed away at 7:35 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10, 2007, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Mid City at age 51. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Ron was survived by his wife of nine years, Carol; son, Bill and his wife, Jacie; daughters, Wendy and fiancé Jason, and Nicole; parents, Ruiel and Olive Willis; two grandsons, Zachary and Dillon; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday, Dec. 17, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 10:30 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Bob Buchanan of Central Baptist Church. Interment with military honors by Keesler Air Force Base Honor Guard, Biloxi, Miss., will follow at Port Hudson National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.
