Ronald Ashton Perault Sr., a native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Port Vincent, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the age of 77. He was a retired assistant director of graphic services at LSU and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Ronald was a Eucharistic minister and a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in French Settlement. He was often heard quoting the shortest verse in the Bible, “Jesus wept.” (John 11:35). He loved the outdoors, family gatherings and serving others. He cherished his family, and taught them how to love and laugh. Family is what he did best. In his passing to eternity, he taught us how to do so with dignity, love, hope and confidence in Christ.
