Rodney Davis Boudreaux, 65, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Central, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012. A graduate of John McDonogh High School in New Orleans, Rodney went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps. He worked for 30 years at Gulf States Utility/ENTERGY and was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church Parish. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Alene Stover Boudreaux; son Shawn J. Boudreaux and wife Ann Marie; grandchildren: Timothy Boudreaux, Jules Boudreaux, Alexandra Boudreaux and Kaleb Boudreaux; and siblings: Joanne Boudreaux, Helen Cavalier, and Jules D. “Sonny” Boudreaux Jr. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 10am until time of services at 12:00pm. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
