Rodney P. Adams, age 60, passed away on February 7, 2023. Rodney was a Baton Rouge City Police, and was a member of the Baton Rouge Fraternal Order of Police. Rodney is survived by his brothers, Jerry L. Self (Susan), Daniel “Danny” J. Adams (Jocelyn); nieces, Laurie Williams, Brandie Fromenthal, Heather Self, Jennifer Adams; great nieces and nephews, Mckenzie Maggio, Peyton Fromenthal, Mary Grace Fromenthal, Preston Fromenthal, Hunter Russell, Blake Worthington, Aubrey Pearl Self, Bonnie Taylor (Corey), Nathanel Self, Emma Joy Taylor, Olivia Pearl Taylor. Rodney is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel J. and Pearl Adams; brother, William “Billy” J. Self. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 1:00pm-2:00pm with a memorial service to begin at 2:00pm at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA 70815
