2 Timothy 1:12 “…I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him…”. Rebecca "Becky" Lou Wall Foster, age 70 and resident of Denham Springs, is now rejoicing in heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was born April 9, 1953, in Baton Rouge and left this world on June 28th, 2023. Becky’s greatest joy and love was spending time and having fun with her granddaughters, especially at Christmas. She had a caring heart, ministering spirit and enjoyed Christian and Christmas music year-round. She also liked travelling, reading, and shopping. Becky is preceded in death by her childhood best friend, high school sweetheart, and devoted husband of 50 years, Donald Ray Foster. Married on April 8, 1971, she is survived by their two children: Donald R., Jr (wife Shelley) and Chadewick Kelly (wife Amber), and four beautiful granddaughters, Teagan, Maris, Sadie, and Nora. She is preceded in death by her mother Allie Ruth Wright Wall Nemic and her father Rudolph Akins Wall. She is also survived by her siblings, Virginia (Ginny) McGowen, Rudy, Jr. (Karen), Jeff (Donna), Kenny, and Bruce, plus nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, Saturday, July 1st at 3:00. Pastor Tim Lacoste of First Baptist Church of Kentwood will conduct the services. The family would like to express many thanks to the Golden Age Nursing Home and Hospice Care for making her last days comfortable and peaceful. Becky wanted to be remembered by these words: “Victory in Jesus my Savior Forever.”
