Isaiah 40:31 Patricia "Patsy" died on Friday, July 29, 2022. She was 73 years old. She was a resident of Baton Rouge and a retired kindergarten and first grade teacher of 13 years at Temple Christian School. She loved and doted on her grand-dog Gracie. She was a faithful volunteer at Mary's House of Bread. She had a passion for helping the people of her community. Visiting at Brownsfield Baptist Church for a Celebration of Life Service Monday, August 1, 2022 from 5-8 pm, and Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 11-2 with religious services to be held at the church at 2:00 pm conducted by Pastors Steve Bridges and Kyle Comeaux. Interment at Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, William "Willie" Parker of Baton Rouge, son Lindsey Parker of Baton Rouge, daughter Alisha Parker of Baton Rouge; a brother and sister-in-law Larry and Evelyn Buquoi of St. Amant; 3 nieces and nephews and souses, Joni Buquoi of St. Amant, Brian and Elizabeth Buquoi of Baton Rouge, and Bridget and Mike Poche of St. Amant; 7 great-nieces and nephews, Chloe and Kai Buquoi, Louie and Oliver "Ollie" Buquoi, and Eppie, Jordyn and Aaron Poche. She was preceded in death by her parents Roland and Martha Buquoi.
