Mural Louis David

Mural Louis David, Jr., a native and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2014. He was 73 years of age, a retiree of Exxon/Mobil and owner of M.L. David's Heating&A/C. He loved spending time with his family and playing music in several bands through the years. He also enjoyed lending a helping hand to anyone in need. Mural is survived by his five sons: Keith David, Darin David&wife Renee, Troy David&wife Eddy Rae, Derek David&wife Jodie, and Jeffrey David; ten grandchildren: Shane, Brandon, Trey, Lance, Tyler, Luke, Jordan, Bryce, Kamryn and Jace; great-grandchildren: Aiden and Addison; brother: Pete David&wife Diane; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mural was preceded in death by his parents: Mural L. David Sr.&Alma David; and his brother: Robert David&wife Betty. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, Thursday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Visitation will resume Friday at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church from 9:00am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am, conducted by the Rev. Donald Blanchard and the Rev. David Allen. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Shane David, Brandon David, Trey David, Lance David, Tyler David, Luke David, Bryce David and Jace David. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice, especially Brandi Leduff and Trygve Olson.
