Mary Gandy Patrick

Mary was a retired registered nurse, a native of Negreet and a resident of Baton Rouge. She died at 7:55am Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at her residence. Mary was 94. She was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, Saturday from 9:00am until the religious service at 11:00am, conducted Dr. David Womack. Interment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Mary is survived by her two daughters: Anita P. King of New Orleans, and Gayle P. Brown&her husband James F. Brown, Jr.of Denham Springs; grandchildren: Jackie Irvine, John M. King Jr., Jennifer Krasilovsky, Julie Murphy, Kellye Rex, Lyn Tedder and Laura Vaughn; 12 great-grandchildren; special friends: Marilyn Miller and Kitty Marbury; Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years: Joseph T. Patrick; her parents: Frank&Reba Addison Gandy; three brothers and eight sisters. A special thanks from the family to Generations Hospice.
