A beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend, Jeanette joined her angels on September 8, 2015, at the age of 83. She is survived by her husband, Cleatus "Red" Jenkins; daughter Rubye Elizabeth and son Wilburn; son in law Robert Evans; sisters Dorothy Howell and Judith Cutrer; brothers Jack Cutrer and Hebron Cutrer; double first cousins Doris Stringer and Mary Frances Morris; and many other cousins, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, June Newt and Ruby Rushing Cutrer; sister Cherry Hilborn; brothers, June L. and John Cutrer; and her children's father, Wilburn Noble, Sr. Jeanette was a native of Mississippi, a resident of Baton Rouge since 1948, and a lifetime Methodist. For over forty five years, she had a successful career as an administrative professional. Jeanette was blessed by the faithful, loving support of her friends Ima Jean Gerald, Lillie Johnston, and Sharyon Lipscomb during her final illness. She and her family greatly appreciated the kindnesses of those at Nottingham Rehab Center, including nurses Susan, Lori and Yolande, caregivers Edwina, Gloria and Jay, and helpers Bonnie, Irish and Joyce. Visitation will be Saturday, September 12, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government Street, followed by an 11 a.m. service officiated by Reverend Brady Whitton of the First United Methodist Church.
