Martha Ann Fruge'

Martha Ann (Dupre’) Fruge’, passed away on Monday, April 14th, 2025, at the age of 86. She was born in Eunice, LA to her loving parents, the late Cleveland and Velma Dupre’. Martha was the loving wife of Earl Raymond Fruge’ for the past 69 years. Earl was truly the love of Martha’s life. She was the devoted mother of Carla Jerome (Lon), Melaine Curry (Charles) and David Fruge’ (Mary). She was the sister of C.J. (Buddy) Dupre’, Rebecca Duplechain, Rita Dupre’ and the late Carolyn Manuel. Martha loved every minute she spent with her 8 grandchildren: Kristina Curry St. George, Marc Curry, Raymond Lanoux, Reanna Lanoux Delaune, Rylee Lanoux, Megan Kelly, Cierra Fruge’ Ervin and Macie Fruge’; along with her 5.5 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. In her spare time Martha loved to read, crochet, shop, doing puzzles, going to Bingo and playing Pokeno. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70815 on Monday April 21st, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be from 8:30 AM until 10:00 Am. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
