Maria Elena Boyle

Maria was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at the age of 94. She was born in Merida Yucatan, Mexico and lived there until the age of 28 when she moved to the United States. Maria adored her family and always made sure they were well taken care of. She liked to live her life to the fullest and be the life of the party. The beach was her safe haven, she enjoyed traveling back to Mexico to spend time with her family and friends there. Maria was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will deeply be missed by all who loved her. She is survived by her three daughters; Pamela Maria Boyle Mixon and husband Michael, Margaret May Boyle Boone and husband Steven and Susie Maria Boyle Fontenot and husband Scott; grandchildren, Tony M. Aguillard (Lindsay), Natalie Maria Boone (Blake), Monique Marie Aguillard, Brittany Lynn Aguillard Honore (Philip), Brett W. Aguillard (Kerry), Cristina Anne Boone Fugler (Blake), Alexis Reagan George, Eric Deene Boone and Gabrielle Taylor Fontenot; great-grandchildren, Deja, Makayden, Makayla, Makai, Olivia, Zaine, Abbie, Christian, and Raleigh. Maria is preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Paul Boyle; and her parents, Evelia and Gabino Perez. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA, on Monday, March 13, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. The interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
