She was an outstanding mother, and as such, she was a strong disciplinarian, while at the same time never leaving any doubt about being loving and caring as well. She loved her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren, and she enjoyed visiting with them as often as possible. She was reared in the Catholic Faith, and was a member of Saint Pius X Catholic Church. She spent the last three months of her life as a resident of Amber Terrace Assisted Living Facility, to the staff of which she grew very fondly attached, and to which her son would like to express his deepest gratitude for the outstanding care they provided. If one would like, the family would welcome donations to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association in lieu of flowers.
