A 31-year Exxon USA employee, she died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, at her residence in Oscar. She was 59 and a native of Gloster, Miss. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Jay Givens. Graveside service at 2 p.m. Saturday at Roseland Cemetery, Gloster. Survived by her husband, Thomas H. Brown IV; two daughters, Monica Brown and Cherrie Huerkamp and husband Matt; brother, Kenny Funderburk and wife Kitty; and four grandchildren, Matthew, Dylan, Brandon and Tyler Huerkamp. Preceded in death by her parents, Noah and Vivian Clark Funderburk; and son, Brandon Ray Vidrine. She was well known for her love of entertaining her friends and family.
