James Hunter Crane passed away on April 7th, 2024.Hunter, as he was known to almost everyone, was an outgoing and friendly guy who would do anything his body would allow him to do to help out those in need. Hunter had a big heart that he used to love his friends, family, his dogs Clementine and Obi, and the world around him. There was no corner of the world that he couldn’t find beauty in. Hunter passed way from natural causes at his residence on Sunday, April 7th, 2024. Hunter was predeceased by his older sister, Amanda Crane, younger brother, Jamie Crane, as well as Grandparents Bill Crane, Edith Crane, Wilbur Johnson, and Jeanette Johnson, and Cousin Dana Bass. He is survived by his parents, Jim and Linda Crane, his brothers, Kyle and Brady Crane, his sister-in-laws, Kristen Crane and Kathleen Mocklin, his niece and nephew, Caroline and James Crane, and close cousins Chris Harr and Jenae Bass. A funeral service for Hunter well be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home in Downtown Baton Rouge on April 13th from 10am until noon. Hunter will leave a lasting legacy of love and fun memories with those that knew him. He will be missed by all.
