A loving mother, grandmother, and sister passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at the age of 93. Ms. Tee was a native of Kentwood, LA and resident of Galvez, LA. She enjoyed quilting and sewing clothing for her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Mildred Reynolds, Pennie Barbay and husband Rocky, Cindy Castleman and husband Robert; son, Gordon Nickens and wife Joni; 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two sisters, Mildred Icet and Peggy Casbeer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Ferdinand Nickens; parents, Robert and Ellen Terrell; three brothers, Robert Jr, Dutton, and Roy Terrell. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. on Friday, April 7, 2017, from 5 PM until 8 PM. Visitation will resume on Saturday, April 8, 2017, from 9 AM until memorial service at 10 AM.
