A loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother, she was a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Olive Hill, Kentucky, she passed away Tuesday October 8, 2013. Helen worked as the best bartender around town at Fleur De Lis Pizza for over a decade and opened and owned her own bar, Helens Lounge until she met the love of her life. She is survived by her loving husband, Eric Brown; three daughters, Debra Rae Haley, Mona Lisa Tharp and Pamela and husband Stevens Bond; two sons, Gregory Clavier and wife Shelia and Victor Clavier and friend Mark; brother, Gary Lee Ingles and sisters, Naomi Hendson, Barbara Duncan, Phylis Cooper, Marilyn McDanier, Judy Kelly, Georgie Nell Sorrells, Bonnie Jean Cash and Peggy Hadley; numerous grand-children, great-great grandchildren, a great-great-great grandchild and numerous nephews and nieces, she is also preceded in death by her dogs Pee-Wee and Peppy her babies she cherished dearly. She is proceeded in death, parents, Clanby Carroll and Opel Ingles and brother a, Gary Lee Carroll. Pallbearers will be, Terrance Zeringue, John Knifley, Gregory Clavier, Justin Clavier, Joseph Clavier and Brett Cuti. Visitation will be held Friday, October 11, 2013 from 5-8 PM at Greenoaks Funeral home on 9595 Florida Blvd. Visitation will resume Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 10 AM till funeral services at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
