Gerald Wayne Hall Sr.

Gerald was employed by Kaiser Aluminum, LaRoche and UOP a Honeywell Co. for over 35 yrs., where they lovely nicknamed him “Chief”.

He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Betty Weathers Hall, 2nd wife, Patricia Rowley Hall; brother, Randolph (Randy) W. Hall, Jr.; father, Randolph W. Hall, Sr.; mother, Ruth Shelton Hall; daughter, Kimberly Ann Hall and brother, Gaylen Russell Hall.

He is survived by his children: Jeffrey Hall and Kelly (Luling); Gerald, Jr. and wife, Patti (Central); Vicki Frick (Denham Springs); Brian Hall (Central); a sister, Debbie Hall Dodd and husband, Ronnie (Livingston, TX); 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers include – Danny Chidester, Chase Hall, Kyle Hall, David Melendez, Jason Ransome, Jeff Smith, Kris Tamplet and Grant Young.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd. on Thursday, December 22, from 4 pm until 8:30 p.m. Visitation will continue Friday, December 23, from 9 – 11 a.m. with services to follow at 11. Burial will immediately follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Gerald’s caretakers: Tracy Bethley, Michelle Johnson, Erickal Kensie and Wanda Perkins; and, The Butterfly Wing located in Baton Rouge General Hospital – Mid City.
