Gary Jude LeBlanc, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017, at the age of 56. He was surrounded by his loved ones. He was a passionate LSU fan and never missed tailgating under The Oaks. Gary loved cooking, fishing and was very proud of his Cajun heritage. Gary is survived by two daughters, Monica and Lisa LeBlanc; one son, Andrew LeBlanc; two grandchildren, Jayden and Emma; brother, Lance LeBlanc and wife, Mary; parents, Cleveland and Verlyne LeBlanc; two nieces, Roxanne LeBlanc, and Raquella Manuel and husband, Clint; one nephew, Brock Bossier; great-nephew, Luke Manuel, and significant others of the family, Louise Murphree, Joshua Butler and Ernest Espinoza. The family is grateful for countless friends that have supported them during this difficult time. Gary is preceded in death by his grandparents, Edmond and Hortense LeBlanc, and Havard “Cochise” and Ella Collins. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Sunday, September 10, 2017, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. There will be a rosary recited at 6:00PM by the Knights of Columbus and Ushers. Visitation will resume at Greenoaks on Monday, September 11, 2017, from 9:00AM until time of funeral service at 10:00AM. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
