A native of Marion, LA and longtime resident of Central, LA passed away on Monday March 4, 2013 at the age of 71. Frank was an avid outdoorsman, and lived for hunting, fishing, gardening, and his grandchildren. He was retired from his longtime heavy equipment contracting business, but still loved his tractors. Frank is survived by his loving and loyal wife, Carolyn Hebert Jordan; one daughter Michele J. Browning, and her husband Brent; two grandchildren, Kelli S. Conerly and her husband Rayford, and Michael J. Browning and his fianc'e Jamie Feig, and one great-granddaughter, of Baton Rouge; one son, Steve, and two grandchildren Sarah and her husband Ryan, and Brandon and his wife Meghan, and four great-grandchildren, of Marion, LA; two sisters and their families, Dewana J. Richard, of Baton Rouge, La, and Carol and Kenn Harrell of Marion, LA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Patsy Hebert, Mike and Brenda Hebert, Mark and Carolyn Hebert, and Dennis and Mary Hebert, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Malcolm A. and Delma Edwards Jordan. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Thursday March 7, 2013 from 5p.m. - 9p.m. and will resume on Friday, March 8 from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 12 p.m., which will be officiated by nephew Rev. Malcolm Richard. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park - Garden of Peace. Pallbearers will be his grandson, Michael J. Browning, and nephews, Wade Harrell, David Hebert, Chuck Herbert, Ben Hebert, and Mike Kimbrell.
