Frank Joseph Decuir Jr., died surrounded by his family. He was 92 years old. Frank was preceded in death by his wife Norma Louise Decuir, daughter Lynette Ann Metoyer, grandson Alexander Vertun, Parents Frank Joseph Sr. and Ethel Decuir, brother Dallas Decuir, sisters Eula Mae Mathis Bertrand, Delores Hornsby, Carol Bassett, and Patricia Honoré. He is survived be his 4 sons and their wives, 14 grandchildren, 7 great grand children, 2 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be March 3rd at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am followed by the Rosary at 10:30 and Mass at 11:00. Internment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park on Florida Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's name can be made to any homeless shelter or food bank.
