Frances Ticac Day

Frances Ticac Day passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 at the age of 91, she was born in Chamberlain, LA. and a life long resident of Baton Rouge. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by 8 children and their spouses, Frances Earline and Tommy Landry, Sandra Guessfeld, Connie and Kenny Evans, Gwen and Daryl Williams, Oma and Mike Ringe, Donald and Melanie Day, Gail and Phil Pusateri, Gary and Nina Day and 1 daughter-in-law, Kathy Day, 26 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, J.S. Day, parents, Ferdinand and Stella Paille Ticac, 3 sons, Rarick, Harry "Gene" and Allen Day, also 1 sister and 1 brother, Evelyn Mae Sides and F.J. Ticac. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East 11000 Florida Blvd. beginning at 10:00am with services in funeral home chapel at 1:00pm with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Her grandsons will be the pallbearers.
