A retired millwright and member of Local 720, he died Sunday evening, April 1, 2007, at his residence in Baton Rouge. He was 77 and a native of Montpelier. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Tuesday, April 3, from 5 p.m.to 8 p.m.and on Wednesday after 9 a.m.until religious service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m., conducted by Rev. Louis Boyd. Interment inGreenoaksMemorial Park. Survived by his wife, Mamie Pizzolato Terrell; son, Mike Terrell and wife Cindy; daughter, Sherri Cook and husband Keith; and son, Barry Terrell and wife Amy; sister, Doris Brown; grandchildren, Molly, Jessica and Jeremy Terrell, Jenny Terrell Guidry and husband Aaron, and Kyle and Brett Cook; stepchildren, Peter Charles Jr., Paul, Debbie and Phillip Messina and Theresa and Donnie Bearden; and step-grandchildren, Michelle Mansur, Peter III, Travis, Rachel, Morgan, Phillip Jr. and Nicholas Messina and Miranda Perez. Preceded in death by his first wife, Maxine Smith Terrell; brothers, Edward and Ivy Terrell; and sister, Irma Posey. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
