Dorothy “Dot” Frost Taylor, born July 6, 1925, went to meet her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 22, 2021, at the age of 96. She was a native and a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, LA. She was always available and went out of her way to help anyone who needed assistance and she never met a stranger. Her faith in Jesus was reflected in her every word and deed. Dot is survived by her daughter, Nancy Taylor Wagenaar; and a host of other family members and friends that she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herman Roy Taylor; parents, Lester and Eppie Frost; sister, Ethel Frost Easley; and son-in-law, Jim Wagenaar. Visitation will be at Lanier Baptist Church, 4851 Lanier Dr., Baton Rouge, LA, on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, from 11:00AM until the time of funeral services at 1:00PM. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy’s memory to Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home or Lanier Baptist Church.
