DeLois Miller, age 84, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015. She was a resident of Baton Rouge, LA and Gloster, MS., for most of her life. She was born November 9, 1930, in El Dorado, AR. Mrs. Miller graduated from Baker High School. She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. Henry H. & Mrs. Edith J. Walker, brother, Buddy Walker and sisters Juanita Emerson and JoNell Williams. Mrs. Miller was also preceded in death by her first husband, Dana Glenn Hall Sr., who passed in 1971 and second husband, Thomas E. Miller, who passed in 2014. She is survived by her children, Dana Glenn Hall Jr., Donna Kim Prejean and Dee Lynne Hall, daughter-in-law Laurel C. Hall and son-in-law Nace Prejean. Mrs. Miller had three grandchildren, Beth H. Kusnetz, Kahne L. Richard and Joseph H. Hall. Mrs. Miller also had four great grandchildren, Catherine, Amber, Sara and Bella. Mrs. Miller is also survived by five sisters, Norma Nelson, Jean Metz, Bonnie Yarborough, Sue Tripp and Peggy Lewis and one brother John H. Walker. The family would like to thank New Century Hospice for their invaluable assistance. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge on Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visitation will resume at Greenoaks Funeral Home, Monday, September 14, 2015 from 11:00am until service time of 1:00pm. Interment will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
