A retired Alabama Power Company employee and resident of Baton Rouge, She died on Sunday, December 29 at the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 80 years of age and a native of Baldwin County Alabama. Visiting at the First United Methodist Church on Tuesday, December 31 from 10:00 a.m.until the religious service at 11:00 a.m. in the Aldrich Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Brad Franklin. Interment at a later date in the Crestview Memorial Gardens in Adamsville, Alabama. She is survived by two children and spouses and 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George T. Kissinger and two grandchildren. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a beloved friend to whomever she met. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the First United Methodist Church Music Fund.
