Charles Ridley Boudreaux passed away peacefully Sunday, September 11, 2022. He was 86, a native of Plaquemine, LA and a resident of TX. He was a proud veteran of the Louisiana Army National Guard and worked in the automotive industry for over 45 years. Ridley is survived by his children, Debby Kendrick, Kristy Kennison (Marshall), Dean Perry, Stacey Webb, Donna Simons (Marty), Linda Ellison (William), George Webb (Penny), Taylor Webb, Jesse Webb, Kurt Webb, Thomas Boudreaux (Carmen); son-in-law, David Gifford; daughters-in-law, Karen Webb and Edna Boudreaux; 34 grandchildren and 63 great-grandchildren; sister, Patsy Blanchard; brothers, Robert Boudreaux (Joyce), and Gerald Boudreaux (Kay); and a host of other family members. Ridley is preceded in death by his children, Michael E. Boudreaux, Cheryl A. Gifford, and Cabot F. Webb; 1st wife, Nona Hotard Boudreaux and 2nd wife, Avonia Webb Boudreaux; and parents, Victor and Lucy Boudreaux. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Monday, September 19, 2022, from 9am until the time of funeral services at 12pm. Burial will immediately follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ridley’s name to the Alzheimer’s Services of The Capital Area, alzbr.org
