"Betty Futrell Humphreys, a native of Alexandria, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at the age of 78 years. Betty loved being around her family and enjoyed cooking and gardening. She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years David Humphreys of Baton Rouge; Daughter Donna Watts of Batesville, AR; Son Todd Humphreys and wife Kayla of Denham Springs, brother Charles Morris Futrell of Texas, 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents Wiley and Alta Futrell, Brother Robert Darwin Futrell, and Grandson Jeremy Robinson. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Rabenhorst East, 11000 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA on Monday, August 6, 2018 from 12PM until 2PM. A funeral service will be held at 2PM in the chapel officiated by Rev. Douglas Mitchell. Interment will be private.
