Betty Jo Finley, 96, a native of Louisiana and resident of Baton Rouge passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 in Baton Rouge.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Jefferson Finley; parents, Belton O’Neal and Lois Whatley Bourne; two brothers, Samuel Lloyd Bourne and Sunny Belton Bourne and her son, Samuel Coyier.
She is survived by her two children; Forrest O’Neal Finley and Jo Allison McKone; three grandchildren, Allison Margaret McKone, John Samuel McKone and Jack Patrick McKone and numerous other family members.
Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 7:00pm Monday, March 1, 2021 at Greenoaks Funeral Home-9595 Florida Blvd Baton Rouge, LA 70815. A graveside service will be at 2:00pm Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Eden Methodist Church Cemetery in Jena, LA.
