Barry J. Leonard, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away 1/4/2021 at the age of 70, native of White Castle and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. He worked as a millwright until his retirement, and was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and cruising in his mustangs. Preceded in death by his parents Perkins and Ruby Callegan Leonard, brother Butch, and nephew Blake Benoit. Survived by loving wife Beverly Richard Leonard of 42 yrs, daughter Alisha (Summer), son Joey (Brittany), grandchildren, Reid and Demi Kate who adoringly called him Grumpsy Grumpsy, two sisters, Brenda Leonard Zito and Cheryl Foose (Marshall), and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation for family and friends at Green Oaks Funeral Home Thurs 1/7/2021 4pm to 7pm. Private mass for family only will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church Fri 1/8/2021 noon.
