Anthony was 90 years old and a native of Monessen, Pennsylvania, and a resident of Baton Rouge. He passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. Anthony served during World War II and was called back to service during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged from the Army. He was a business owner of Bi-Rite Supermarket. The love of his life was Audrey Ann Mollere Rotolo, who preceded him in death. They were married for 67 years. He is survived by his sons and spouses: Ken&Beverly, Anthony, Jr.&Margaret, Rick&Wendy; and his daughters and spouses: Denise&Richard Welch, and Lucy&Mike Hill. Anthony is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and one due in December; and his sister: Marie Palazotta. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents: Sam&Lucy Falconi Rotolo. Anthony was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. He and Audrey enjoyed bowling on Sunday nights at Plank Bowl. Anthony also loved sports, especially watching the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. Visitation will be held at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Old Jefferson Highway, on Saturday, December 5, 2015, from 10:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 pm. Interment with military honors will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd. Pallbearers will be his grandsons: Scott Rotolo, Sam Rotolo, Clayton Welch, Patrick Welch, Wesley Hill and Walt Corey. Readers will be his granddaughters: Rebecca R. Howard and Carrie R. Button. Gift Bearers will be his great-granddaughters: Ryan Corey and Claire Button. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association . There will be a reception to follow at Greenoaks Reception Center. Rabenhorst Funeral Home East is in charge of arrangements.
