Georgia Marie Marek Buesing

Georgia was born in Caldwell, TX to George and Milady Marek. She graduated from Caldwell High School in 1960 and then attended Durham Business School. On November 24, 1962 Georgia was married to Jerry L. Buesing in Caldwell, TX. During her working careerer, Georgia worked for the Texas Highway Dept., the USDA and then worked for the Veterans Administration as an Auditor. Georgia and Jerry live in Austin, TX for 41 years and then moved to Cedar Creek, TX and have lived there for the past 10 years and were members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockne, TX.

Georgia is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jerry Buesing, of Cedar Creek, TX, daughter, Melissa Jackson and son-in-law Robert of Leander, TX, son, Craig Buesing of Austin, TX. Georgia has two grandchildren; Benjamin Jackson and Makayla Buesing. Sister, Gloria Marek Telg of Caldwell, TX. She is proceeded by her parents, George and Milady Marek, brother, Donald Marek and a brother-in-law Charles Telg.

Visitation is Tuesday, March 15, 2011 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home in Bastrop, TX

Mass of the Christian Burial will be Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockne, TX with burial to follow at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
