Virginia Elizabeth D. Porter, 86, of Ridgeway, Virginia went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlos J. Davis and Hazel B. Davis of Hillsville, Virginia....
