Shelby Jean Tucker, age 70 of Collinsville, VA passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at her residence after a decline in health.
Shelby was born on January 25, 1952 in Franklin County to Pellam Diamond Spencer and Alpha King Spencer Ramsey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Spencer and a stepfather, Jesse Ramsey. She owned and operated Corporate Image Barber Shop in Roanoke for 25 years.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by one daughter, Rachel Tucker, former husband, Tracy Tucker, one brother, Gary Spencer, two grandsons, Derrick Ruben and Dominque Ruben.
