Junior "Bud" Rorrer

Junior “Bud” Rorrer 42, of Collinsville, Virginia, died Monday June 1, 2015 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, North Carolina. He was born in Patrick County, Virginia on May 16, 1973 to Buren Rorrer, Sr. of Stuart and Wayvonia Rorrer of Bassett.

Junior was a truck driver with Virginia Glass Products Corporation, and he enjoyed racing and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Shelia Ann Rorrer of the home, his daughter Christen Lynn Rorrer of Bassett, his sister, Patricia Ann Rorrer of Bassett, his nephew, Jonathan Eric Rorrer of Bassett, his step sons, Rodney Martin of Martinsville, Travis Martin of Fieldale, Brad Martin and Jessie Martin, both of Collinsville, David Martin of Henry, and fifteen step-grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Henry Memorial Burial Park with Pastor Ted Turner officiating.
