Mrs. Tuttle was born on April 16, 1937 to the late Neville Franklin and Vera Thomas Franklin.
She was a graduate of Bassett High School and was a bookkeeper for Bassett Office Supply for many years. She enjoyed hiking, traveling and loved animals. She was married to Buddy Lee Tuttle, who predeceased her.
Mrs. Tuttle is survived by one daughter, Michele Tuttle; two sons, Jonathan Tuttle and wife Margaret, and David Tuttle; sisters, Nadine Franklin and Peggy Jenkins; one granddaughter, Landon Tuttle and one grandson, Cole Sloan.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening, October 26, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home Chapel.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Roselawn Burial Park with entombment to follow.
