Mrs. Fulcher was born on May 3, 1934 in Stokes County, N.C. to Roy Franklin Martin and Grace Woodall Martin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior B. Fulcher, brothers, Franklin Martin, Alvin Martin, Ray Martin, sister, Lorene Martin. She was retired from the Henry County Public Schools “ Sanville Elementary School Cafeteria”. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
Mrs. Fulcher is survived by two sons, R. Wayne Fulcher (Beverley), James Lee Fulcher, two sisters, Dorothy Lawson (J.E.), Lois Vandergrift, five grandchildren, Brian Fulcher, Kimberly Fulcher, Jason Fulcher, Jamie Peters, Cristy Whitlock, fourteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Collins Funeral Home, 30 Riverside Hwy, Bassett, VA from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, January, 16, 2023 at Collins Funeral Home with Pastor R. Wayne Fulcher and Brian Fulcher officiating. Interment will follow in Henry Memorial Park.
