Arianna Rylei Paige Smith, age 14 of Bassett, VA, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Arianna was born on May 28, 2010 in Martinsville, VA to Thomas Smith and Amber Morgan, who survives. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Patricia Morgan, maternal great grandparents, Benjamin and Bertha Morgan, great grandparents, Wallace and Maxine Brown and aunt, Brittney Smith.
Arianna was home schooled. She enjoyed spending time with her best friends, Samantha, Maddy and Alayna. She loved Anime and watching scary movies with her mom and GiGi. Arianna loved being with her siblings whether it was playing Roblox with Tristen, building things with Jaimey or making Kaidynce laugh, they made her happy. Arianna had the nickname “Bug” it was given to her as a baby. Arianna was a sweet and loving child who loved to show her silly side. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Kaidynce Morgan and Jaimey Morgan, one brother, Tristen Smith. maternal grandparents, Benjamin and Edith Morgan, paternal grandparents, Saprena Cook and Bruce Smith and numerous cousins and other family.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at Collins Funeral Home, 30 Riverside Hwy, Bassett, VA from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Collins Funeral Home with Reverend Clifford Collier officiating. Burial will follow in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
