She was born Nov. 17, 1946 in Hannibal, MO, to Joseph and Dorothy (Robertson) Genovese. She married George Smith on June 27, 1964 in Peoria. He survives along with three children: George (Tina) Smith, Jr of Hanna City, Tina Smith of Hanna City, Anthony Smith of Hanna City, two grandchildren: Joseph Smith of Peoria, Matthew Smith of Howell, MI, four great-grandchildren: George III, Lela, Halleigh, Elijah, and one brother, Terry Genovese of Peoria.
She is preceded in death by her parent’s and two brothers: Joseph, Jr, and Jerry Genovese.
Senna was the Department Manager for Children’s Palace in Peoria for several years.
Visitation will be Friday, July 21, 2023 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Smithville Cemetery.
