Sandy Joy Neltner

Sandy Joy Neltner, 62, of Washington, formerly of Bellevue and Peoria, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria with family at her bedside. She was born on September 17, 1961 in Peoria, a daughter of Leroy Forrest Crew and Delores Joyce (Schlis) Crew.

Sandy is survived by her daughter, Tabitha Neltner of Washington; and two sons, Daniel Neltner of Peoria Heights and Bobby Neltner of Washington; her grandchildren, Neiko Martin-Neltner, Carmelo Herrera-Neltner, Angelo Martin, Ciera Neltner, Olivia Neltner, Daniel Neltner, Caden Hidden-Neltner, Cailie Hidden-Neltner, Aspen Fox-Neltner, Jurney Carlton-Neltner, NovaLee Neltner and Rayne Neltner; one brother, Joe (Debbie) Crew of Bellevue; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Delores; and one brother, Jerry Crew.

Sandy enjoyed the simple things of life. Her children and grandchildren were and are her entire world. For all she ever talked about was how proud she was as a mother and grandmother.

She loved to be outdoors, going on adventures on her electric shooter and spend time with her children and grandchildren.

Sandy's family will arrange a celebration of life gathering to take place at a later date. Cremation has been entrusted to the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel.
