He was born August 16, 1984 in Peoria to James Scott and Brenda D. (Agee) Gray.
Surviving is his parents, Scott and Brenda of Manito; a sister, Tiffany L. Gray of Peoria; a niece Kaylynn Franklin; and two nephews, Dalton Hamilton and Gavyn Nelson.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, two aunts, Kathy and Elaine, and one uncle, Mike.
Ryan graduated from Manual High School and continued on with EP!C in Peoria, where he continued to learn various skills and jobs. He enjoyed traveling and went many places with the Heart of Illinois Special Recreation. Ryan loved family gatherings, mashed potatoes, and Hardee's Biscuits and Gravy. He also loved to go shopping, collecting DVD's, riding in the golf cart and his dad's truck around Manito, as well as walks with his dad. One of Ryan's favorite possessions was his iPad, which he would use to record and take pictures of the world around him.
Cremation will be accorded and a Celebration of Life will be from 1-4 pm on November 19, 2022 at the American Legion Post in Bartonville. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
