Larry Allan Chapin

He was born April 24, 1959 in Havana to Alfonso and Donna (Buckley) Chapin. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Ron Chapin.

Survivors include his mother Donna (Chapin) Jason of Peoria, one son, Tyler Chapin of Tyler, Texas, one daughter, Bobbie Lauren Chapin of Fort Myers, Florida, one grandchild, his close companion, Joyce Jones of Peoria, four sisters: Vickie (Bud) Workman of Sevierville, TN, Raeleene Chapin of Peoria, Tracie Martin of East Peoria, Stacey (Mike) Williams of DeFuniak Springs, FL, three brothers: Kevin Chapin of Pekin, Dewayne (Tina) Chapin of Bartonville, Mike Chapin of Peoria, and several nieces and nephews.

He was a United States Army veteran serving during the late 1970’s.

Larry was a self-employed carpenter and contractor before his retirement.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A visitation will be Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel.
