She was born Nov. 7, 1946 in Pulaski, TN to Collins and Clarice (Rose) Rose. Judy graduated from Woodruff High School in 1964 and then attended Southern Illinois University for 2 years. She married Gerald Fuller on Sep. 3, 1965 in Peoria. He survives along with two daughters: Lisa (Brad) Closen of Mapleton, Heather (Dan) Freerking of Bartonville, six grandchildren: Jerrid, Gerrit, Jocelyn, Jenna, Griffin, Jordan, and one great-granddaughter, Rozalynn.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Debi Kitts.
Judy last worked as a Bus Monitor for the Pekin School District for four years retiring in 2015.
She was an avid spectator of all sports, first for her husband, then her daughters, and finally her grandchildren. She was devoted to all her grandchildren and great-granddaughter, each one held a special place in her heart. She loved flowers of all kinds and gardening was her life long passion.
Visitation will be Wednesday Aug. 24, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
