Loving husband of Lisa Holmes and dear friend of her sister, brothers, nephews, nieces and their families. Cherished brother of Carolyn Bergen including nephew Bob Bergen and niece Christine (Craig) Smith and her children.
David will also be missed by many special people who he was happy to call his friends.
In keeping with Lisa and David's wishes, no visitation or memorial service will be held.
