I first want to express my  and Marianne's deepest sympathy to Darlene, Jeff, Kevin, and their families in the loss of one or their family pillars.
This is tough.  Dave was my friend from his early days at CEFCU.  I know he had closer friends, but he was always my friend.  We were club brothers and both served as RVSC Board Members.  I never gave a thought that he wouldn't always be there,  Now he is gone.  I am struggling with that concept.  Dave was always there if you needed something and never asked for repayment.  He was always the center of the action until his health started to fail.  He was different then, but he was still there.  
There are too many memories to recant all of them here There was five on the hunting trips, then Jimmy passed.  The rest of us recanted the memories and laughed over and over about all the funny things that happened o those trips.  No matter how many times we told the stories, we always laughed.  Then John passed.  The stories became less and the laughs were less, and how Dave is gone and there are no more stories about the trips and no more laughs.  of the five, only two of us are left to morn the others, and the stories are harder to remember.  There will be no more spicy hot beans.  No more dragging a hind quarter of a deer into camp for camp meat in the Mountains of CO. and no more salmon trips to Lake Michigan.  We now have one less connection to the past.  Those good times are gone.  River Valley Sportsmen's Club has lost a great member, a good organizer, and a special friend.  His kind can never be replaced.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to the family of Dave Brugger. Dave was a special friend to me and many others at River Valley Sportsmen’s Club over the years. Dave and I shared many common interests and many laughs at RVSC. He could always be counted on for his wisdom and helpful attitude at club. I will miss him a great deal, not only for his leadership but his friendship as well.

I will miss my uncle David. I have good memories of him from my childhood. He had a calm and quiet demeanor in an otherwise rambunctious family. I enjoyed listening to his hunting stories. The last time I saw him, he encouraged Suzy and me to take our kids to Wildlife Prairie Park, which we did, and had a wonderful time. Thank you, uncle David, for your example of caring for your family.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Darlene, Jeff and Kevin. I always enjoyed spending time with David at the Farmington Sportsmen’s Club. He did so much for our club and always willing to give a helping hand. He was a class act and I will miss his laugh. 

Dave was open and caring. When I started at Cefcu I worked 2nd shift away from the public. When Dave was the office manager at the mall he was so friendly.  After he moved to the main office that friendly attitude never waned. That makes an impact every one around him. That kind of attitude will be missed.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Darlene, Jeff and Kevin, and their families.  I worked with Dave for 30+ years.  He was a great work partner, colleague, and a caring friend who always took a personal interest in his team and was a fantastic mentor and coach touching a lot of peoples lives at work and outside the workplace.  He made many, many admirable and positive contributions to CEFCU, to member service, and to the CEFCU team.  Dave was simply a kind, generous, and caring man who will be sorely missed by many.  RIP dear friend.

My condolences to Darlene and all Dave’s family.  

Working directly under Dave’s leadership for 14 years at CEFCU was a great lesson in how to live life. Dave took a personal interest in the lives of his employees. He truly cared about everyone. His mentorship was critical to the development and growth of so many of his employees. I could never repay Dave for the guidance, wisdom and career opportunities he provided. 

On a personal level, Dave was a great friend. Looking back, the impact Dave had on my life is simply incredible. 

Dave was truly a great man.  I have no doubt he will be sorely missed by everyone that had the pleasure to know him. 

I worked with Dave at CEFCU and he was one of the best.  He was a friend, a mentor, and an unwavering supporter of his team.  He was greatly missed when he retired, but I’m so glad he had the chance to do the things he enjoyed.  No one deserved it more.  Rest in peace, Dave.  

Dave was one of the best men I ever had the pleasure to know.  He was a friend, mentor, teacher and more.  I cannot express what he meant to me.  Prayers for you and your family.  Rest well my friend.

I worked for Dave for many years at CEFCU. He was missed when he left. My condolences to the entire family. 

Dave was indeed one of the good ones.  I enjoyed his friendship and working with him very much.

My sympathy to all of the family. Dave was a great guy. He knew I enjoyed fishing and hunting (mushrooms) because he liked getting to really know people he worked with. Years back when they needed help for a ice fishing tournament at Wildlife he asked if I would help. Myself and two others from CEFCU helped. It was a great time I'll never forget nor will I Dave. 

In loving memory of Dave as a friend, co-worker, mentor, Manager and Vice President.  He was so great to work for.  Memories of friendship will be treasures we will all carry with us.  Prayers to you and your family Darlene.
