Vickie L. Dugard, 50, of Memphis, died Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Methodist University Hospital. Vickie was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Pentecostal Church. She is survived by her husband, Doug Dugard; her four children, Carl Ray Brassfield (Bobbie Jo), Cynthia Renee Twisdale (Ryan), Angela Dugard, and Robert Dugard, and four siblings, Pam Cannarsa, David Frisbee, Kenneth Frisbee, and Gary Frisbee, and 4 grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens 3700 N. Germantown Parkway Bartlett, on Friday, December 9 from 5 – 8 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Memphis Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens (formerly Memory Hill Gardens).
