I knew Tony many years ago while we were young boys growing up in Ellendale. We weren't close friends, however, I do remember how friendly he was.  He seemed to always have a smile.  Tony and his father purchased my 1966 Pontiac GTO around 1982.  He was so excited (as well he should be).  My thoughts are with the family and Tony.

My brother my friend, in our life we had so much fun together, you younger than I taught me so much till this day, I am so proud of who you became and the things you accomplished. I miss so very much, but knowing that you are with Our Lord gives me comfort. Mom and Dad love and miss you, their baby boy, who grew up to be a responsible man, that showed pride in his family and put them first always, they miss you, and you will always be their heart.

Tony was the best husband and father in the world.  I am Thankful to be his wife,

I remember when you were learning to play Stairway to Heaven, you played it over and over,  Little did we know you would be the first of us to climb those stairs. I will miss you terribly, you made us all so proud of the man you became, I will always remember you as my baby, dragging you out of your crib and carrying you around everywhere.  I will always cherish our time together. Rest now in the arms of our Lord until we all get to heaven, and what a day of rejoicing that will be. Love you Tony, you know we will embrace and take care of your wonderful wife and boys, We feel your spirit all around and know you will be watching over all of us.

I did not know Tony,though his son Collin has been a frequent visitor to my home, and my son John to his. Please accept my condolences and prayers for your family.

I met Tony and the Brown family though the Moser and Cunningham family who were both my cousins. I remember during early childhood trying to keep up with Tony and Chris, which was quite a task. Later Tony and I attended and graduated from the same High School. He was always a class act. I was so glad to see him last year at the the Ellendale reunion. He will be missed and so glad I got to know him. Your family has and will continue to be in our prayers.

We are very sorry for your loss and will keep everyone in our prayers.

Sad to be informed of this. I found out some years ago that we were related through a Sandidge line. He sent me a CD of period music he did. Wish I could have gotten back in contact with him, I had no idea he was also otherwise very busy. I appreciated the exchange we had.

To Penny and the boys. I have worked with Tony since 1999 and he was not only a great co-worker, but he also became a friend. You work with alot of people during a life time and you only meet a couple you truly call friend. I called him Tony B. I will miss him truly. Willie

We are all very sorry for your loss. We pray that you all have comfort in this time of need.

When I think of growing up on Sturgeon Avenue, my first thoughts are of the Browns. Mr. Brown taking me fishing and to Chicks ball games, Mrs. Brown always the peacekeeper for the neighborhood kids, every boy had a crush on Francie, Susan was the smartest kid on the block and Donna had a perfect rendition of Tarzan's yell. They moved before Tony was born and apparently that is sad for everyone who grew up on that street. I am sorry for your loss.

Tony will be remembered for his joy and gentle spirit.  He always greeted my brother and me, when, as children, we'd knock on his door asking if he'd like to play.
The Hubert and Polly Brown family was part of the foundation that made Ellendale an idyllic neighborhood when we were children.  I pray the same caring and compassion you gave others will support you in your sorrow and grief.
